Organically grown ingredients come from plants and other naturally occurring sources. These ingredients are grown without pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), or other harmful additives or chemicals.
This ensures that your skin and body absorb only real, natural ingredients that are free from toxins. Organic ingredients often have higher nutrient levels and are less likely to cause allergic reactions, inflammation, or irritation.

From using recyclable packaging and biodegradable teabags to supporting sustainable agriculture and ethical supply chains, we ensure that every step of our process is eco-friendly. Our goal is to meet the needs of our customers without compromising the planet for future generations.
We use recycled and recyclable materials and packaging wherever possible to minimise our environmental impact. Our wellness teas are packaged in Non-GMO biodegradable teabags made from sugarcane, with biodegradable inner sleeves, all packed inside recycled cardboard tubes. These tubes can be recycled or composted again, ensuring a sustainable, eco-friendly solution from start to finish.
Yes, all our products are lanolin-free! Lanolin is an oil derived from wool, and during production, it is often exposed to various chemicals and toxins. As lanolin is a mass-produced substance, it’s difficult to ensure it is cruelty-free and ethically sourced. That’s why we choose to keep our products free from lanolin, aligning with our commitment to safe, natural, and ethically produced ingredients.
Lanolin may also cause an allergic reaction in some people.
It can be poisonous when ingested, as its waxy nature can build up in the intestines.
Our products should be stored away from heat, light, moisture, and strong odours. Exposure to these elements can cause the products to deteriorate and lose their effectiveness. We recommend resealing all packaging after use and storing them in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality. This is especially important for products containing essential oils, as heat and light can cause these oils to degrade, reducing their potency and benefits.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping can take up to 5 business days. We also offer Express shipping, which takes 1-2 business days. International shipping can take up to 14 business days, though this may be extended due to potential delays in customs.
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £40.

Please note, orders placed after 10am will be processed the next business day.
Global delivery is available for £15 (Standard and Express Delivery options are only available within the UK).
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over £40.
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Please note that additional customs fees may apply to international orders. Free shipping is not available for international orders, and shipping rates may vary depending on your region.
You can track your order using the tracking number included in your dispatch email. If you haven’t received a tracking number in your order confirmation email, or if you have any other questions regarding your order, please reach out to our customer service team message here, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
We aim to process orders the same day if placed before 10 am, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 10 am, Monday to Friday, will be processed the following business day.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer both full and partial refunds. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that refunds exclude any delivery charges. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.
If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds exclude any delivery charges.
All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

- Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
- Ship the Product: Once you receive the instructions, send the item back to us. All shipping costs, including return shipping, are handled by the customer.
- Inspection and Notification: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
