We only source ingredients from suppliers who are organic certified.

We only use organic ingredients, which contributes to a greener and safer environment for you and generations to come.
Organically grown ingredients come from plants and other naturally occurring elements. These organic ingredients are grown without pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and other additives or chemicals. With that, you can be sure your skin and body absorb only real, natural ingredients that aren't harmful.
They also often have higher nutrient levels and are less likely to cause allergic reactions, inflammations or irritations.

We aim to meet the needs of our customers but not in a way that comprises the planet for future generations to come.
We use recycled/recyclable materials and packaging wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact. Our wellness teas are made using Non-GMO biodegradable teabags made from sugarcane, biodegradable inner sleeves and packed inside recycled cardboard tubes that can be recycled or composted again.
Yes, all our products are Lanolin free!
Lanolin is an oil derived from wool and is usually exposed to many chemicals and toxins through production.
As Lanolin is a mass-produced substance, it's challenging to identify as cruelty-free and ethically produced.
Lanolin may also cause an allergic reaction in some people.
It can be poisonous when ingested, as its waxy nature can build up in the intestines.
Tea should be kept away from heat, light, moisture and odours.
Exposure to these will cause the tea to deteriorate and lose flavour.
We recommend that you reseal all your bags once used and store them in a cool, dry place.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £30.
Standard 2-4 working days (£3.40).
Express 1-2 working days (£6.95).
Global 1+ week (£15).
* Standard & Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the UK.
We do ship worldwide, and our Global delivery option costs £15.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Mummy's Organics is not responsible in any way to cover such costs.
The customer is responsible for customs clearing/duties and local taxation.
Customs policies vary from country to country. Therefore you should contact your local customs office for more information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time to addresses located outside the UK.
You can track your order using the tracking number included in your order dispatch email.
If you haven't received a tracking number in your order confirmation email, drop a message here to our customer service team, or if you have any other questions regarding your order, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Orders will be processed the same day if placed before 12 pm Monday - Friday.
Any orders placed after 12 pm Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day.
Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery. You can also upgrade to a next business day delivery.
Please allow extra time if you live in a remote location. Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as holidays, may impact delivery times.
Provided your order hasn't been dispatched, we can change the delivery details.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds exclude any delivery charges.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you'll have to send the order back to us, and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
All returned items will be refunded once our team has inspected them.
