Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following delivery rates apply:

Standard and Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.
Free Shipping
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over £40. When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order using this tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us at hello@mummysorganics.co.uk.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mummy's Organics is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Please note that additional customs fees may apply to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Mummy's Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

Returns Policy
