DIRECTIONS
Place the breast pad over your nipple, centering it as much as possible. Ensure it conforms comfortably to the shape of your breast. The goal is for the pad to cover the area that might leak milk without bunching up or moving out of place.
Place pads in netted cotton bag and wash in 40 degrees using a gentle detergent. Dry thoroughly before the next use. Store them in a clean, dry place.
