- Positioning: Place the breast pad directly over your nipple, ensuring it is centered for optimal coverage. Adjust the pad so it conforms comfortably to the shape of your breast, covering the areas prone to milk leakage without bunching or shifting out of place.
- Washing: Place the used pads in the netted cotton wash bag and machine wash at 40°C using a gentle, fragrance-free detergent. Ensure they are fully dry before the next use.
- Storage: Once dry, store the pads in a clean, dry place to maintain hygiene between uses.
